Casa di Pasta is a cozy, family-run Italian restaurant tucked into downtown’s lively streets. Every morning we mix farm eggs and flour to roll, cut, and shape pasta by hand, then pair it with slow‑simmered ragù, bright tomato sauces, and seasonal vegetables. We extrude through bronze dies for a sauce-clinging texture and finish each plate to order. Our small dining room glows with candlelight, the aroma of garlic and basil fills the air, and our team welcomes guests like old friends.
